Bio
Ms. Gelyk has more than 25 years of records, information governance (IG), and information management (RIM) experience. 2plus2 Consulting has been in business since 2012.
Before becoming a IG/RIM consultant, she developed, implemented and managed enterprise-wide records and information management programs at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, and Research In Motion Limited (BlackBerry) She has successfully completed contracts with organizations such as the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (2 times), the House of Commons, and the Nuclear Waste Management Organization.
Irene is passionate about Information Management and Information Governance; she brings a strong entrepreneurial spirit to every project she works on. Irene is dedicated to furthering her education and sharing her expertise with new, and up-and-coming Information Management Consultants.

Sharloth (Sharlotte) Salzer graduated with a Master of Information (MI) degree from the University of Toronto in 2021. She has experience working in fast-paced environments and spent several years at the Erland Lee (Museum) Home taking care of records and preservation. Her passions are in Archives and Preservation, but her expertise extends to Information and Records Management.

Through her education and experience, she brings forth not only an understanding of the value of information and security but also the ability to look at a project from a procedural as well as a human perspective.
